During my recent 6-night stay at Gaestehaus Sonnhalde, I was impressed by the culinary offerings and the warm atmosphere crafted by Stefanie and her family. Each morning began with a continental breakfast that showcased freshly baked bread and rolls, paired with an array of homemade jams and local honey. The highlight of my breakfast experience was a good plate of smoked salmon, which complemented the amazing variety of cheeses and cooked meats. The dining ambiance was inviting, with the breakfast area adorned in a contemporary style that reflected local artistry. I found that the room was spacious and comfortable, enhancing the overall experience of unwinding after a day spent exploring the Black Forest. Stefanie was attentive, offering helpful local tips and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. While I did encounter some challenges regarding policy communication, it didn't detract from the culinary experience. I left with a sense of satisfaction, and I'd recommend considering Gaestehaus Sonnhalde for those seeking a charming getaway intertwined with quality dining options.
